Founder
Our founder, Sarrah Zadeh has been involved in health and wellness for over 20 years. Sarrah Zadeh is the Director of Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Houston, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston, with extensive education in biology, a Sports Nutrition certification from ISSA, and an Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant Certification from Kerala Ayurveda Academy.
Zadeh launched AyurSol with the intention of creating a welcoming space where she could share her knowledge and passion with unique seekers wanting to become their own healers.
By combining her knowledge and experience in sports nutrition, physical training, yoga, Pranayama, and Ayurveda, she has created a unique & simple approach for helping her clients with their health concerns by creating individualized plans that allow clients to change their lifestyle and habits with ease.
She specializes in gut health, hormonal balance, and managing stress and mental/emotional imbalances.
Having gone through and holistically treated her IBS, and chronic inflammation, she personally knows how difficult it is when one’s health’s it is not at its best. She has also experienced firsthand how mental and physical wellness can play a crucial role in pacifying and treating inflammatory diseases. Her goal is to help clients function and heal without the use of modern medicine.

Sarrah divides her time between the United States and Colombia, giving wellness seminars and working one-on-one with her private clients globally.
