The way I approach wellness & health is different because not only do I have an Ayurvedic background, but I am also trained as a Sports Nutritionist and have experience in Personal Training.
This versality allows me to bring Western and Eastern philosophies and practices together, and create a very unique approach that is very realistic to implement into today’s fast paced world.
My approach is not a temporary diet, or a quick fix to a health problem that has developed over the years.
I help you to create healthier habits that become your lifestyle.

I am fully invested in each person that walks into my center, their goals and problems in a way become mine. This why I provide one-on-one coaching. I personally know how intimating & overwhelming it can be to change ones lifestyle and habits because we are stepping away from our comfort zone.
It really helps knowing you have me by your side on this journey, guiding you and slowly easing you into this new beautiful transition that will become a lifestyle.

It is very easy to look at people and place them in a category because of the way they look. But we all have our own struggles when comes to wellness.
After years of doctor appointments & taking medicines for my Chronic IBS & Colon Inflammation, I started using Ayurveda in my late 20s to slowly heal myself.
I know what it is like when dealing with food & weight issues, having gone through an Eating Disorder in my late teens-early 20s. I know all the emotions & struggles that come with wanting to eat something so bad but you can’t, or when you just ate everything in the fridge and negative emotions set in. Through meditation, working internally, and learning about the power food I was able self-heal my eating disorder.
I also know how difficult it can be to have a family member sick (my mom was diagnosed with cancer), and having to change every aspect of one’s life, physically and mentally to fight ailments.
Finally I know what it is like to have had a beautiful baby & then trying to get back to your “old self”, or to become a newer version of your pre-baby self. It can be very scary.

Before our first Wellness meeting you will need to:
1) Keep a five day food journal , documenting everything you consume.
2) Fill out a simple questionnaire that will aide me getting to you know better.

Through out all my years as a wellness consultant, I have seen how important coaching is in helping my clients:
Stay on track, we feel more motivated when we have someone to be accountable to.
Not drown in their thoughts and actions on the hard days. We all have challenging days when we can’t do anything, and we tend emotional eat.
Answers to all the questions. So many questions arise when you start this journey, and having me coaching you allows you to ask all of your questions and together we find answers that work for you.
Face your fears and unresolved emotions. Many of our unhealthy habits are because of unresolved emotions, and having me coaching and helping you really allows you to confront your undigested emotions.
The benefits of private coaching are many. Having someone accompanying you through this new lifestyle change is key to having a long lasting transformation.

We should all invest in our wellness the same way we invest in good quality shoes, because healthy habits and lifestyles not only prevent illnesses it also helps cure many lifestyle diseases that we have created over time.

We love doing workshops and specially love to organize one if you are looking to host a private event for your friends and family, social groups, and/or business groups.
Each private event is organized based on your and your group’s needs and goals.
During our meeting we will go over all your options, and create a customized plan for you.
The event can be held at our AyurSol studio or at your own venue.

Our two different Ayurvedic services do Not include meal planning.
However you can set up a private session with Sarrah to only work on meal planning.
Everyone’s meal plan will be customized to their Constitutional needs.
Meal plans can be vegetarian and Plant-based if that is what you are looking for.
Meal planning services are based on an Hourly Rate of $150/hour.

We offer Virtual Wellness Consultations for anyone who is not able to schedule an in-person meeting.
We love to meet you in person and connect to you energetically, but we also understand how busy life can be and are happy to offer Virtual Private Consultations.
