My favorite tip is when my body tells me it’s out of balance by getting flushed, red, and itchy … I remember Sarrah’s advice about eating certain cooling foods and drinks and I can feel my body regain balance within hours of correcting my diet.

“I came to Sarrah in January of 2021 seeking answers to why I was not feeling my optimal self. I am a woman in my early 60’s and had recently completed treatment for breast cancer so I knew there were probably a lot of toxins in my system left over from the chemo. My body was feeling sluggish, my energy levels were low, and I just knew there had to be path for me to regain my normal energetic, healthy self. I had tried various “diets”, some alternative health modalities, but nothing felt like they were the best fit for me.
During my first consult with Sarrah, which lasted almost 2 hours, she thoroughly reviewed the questionnaire she had asked me to complete and went over my current lifestyle. She then explained to me what my dosha was and how it was out of balance. Sarrah then developed a very simple plan to bring my dosha back into balance, eating the right foods, following a simple exercise routine. The only thing asked of me was my commitment to this new way of life. A light bulb went off in my brain and it all made sense! This way of life somehow connected with me and once I started my new routine, I began to see results. My energy began to return, my stomach started to feel less bloated and I began to feel a general sense of well-being which comes from balancing your dosha. I was so happy to see that with a few simple changes in my routine, my body and mind responded!
