Kundalini & Meditation
Control of the mind begins with control of the breath.
Controlling the mind is one of the most important elements for establishing and maintaining our health.
Most of our physical ailments originate in the mind, and if we are able to calm the mind, we can prevent and heal so many diseases.
We offer Private and Group sessions online.
