Having the arts censored is like trying to enjoy them while having curtains over your eyes, you do not really get to appreciate the work in its entirety,
and the artist’s true message and expression is lost .

This painting was inspired by the extreme censorships in Iran, where all forms of the arts are censored by either covering sections of the work, or recreating entire new piece to fit the social standards defined by their government.
